Ground Zero Priest to Speak on Forgiveness at Grace, Houston, Feb. 27-28

The Rev. Lyndon Harris was at St. Paul’s Chapel across from the World Trade Center on September 11. The “little chapel that stood” became a respite and sanctuary for thousands of rescue and relief workers in the midst of the devastation caused by the terrorist attacks. Harris’ ministry was transformed in the months that followed as he oversaw St. Paul’s ministry of comfort and restoration.

Harris will present a two-day retreat at Grace, Houston, focused on the power of forgiveness. Harris seeks to help others build bridges from fear to love. The retreat will be held at Grace, 4040 W. Bellfort St., 77025, Friday, February 27, 6:30-8:30 p.m. and Saturday, February 28, 10:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Please register by email at or by calling the church office at 713.666.1408. Please reference “retreat” and include a phone number with your name. Generous donations are requested. Saturday lunch will be provided.
