Joseph provides administrative support for the Fort Worth office and yet-to-be named Assisting Bishop of the North Region, including scheduling visitations, calendar management, travel arrangements, and administration of the office. He also serves as Clergy Data Specialist, updating clergy contact and visitation information in the diocesan database.

Angela Hider works in the Communications department as Senior Graphic and Creative Designer. She designs diocesan marketing materials for print and web-based projects to advance the mission of the diocese. She helps her team enhance the website and social media platforms to increase their reach and impact. She trains staff on use of the internal website. She also ensures consistency in branding and messaging across the diocese (some of the projects consist of laying out magazines/booklets/annual reports, designing stationery for all regions, creating marketing collateral, indoor/outdoor signage, trade show graphics, internal newsletters, and more).  

 Bio:
Angela is a seasoned graphic designer who previously supported over 27 programs and services within 25 school districts during her work as a Senior Graphic Designer at Harris County Department of Education. Angela enjoys bringing to life print and web-based projects and a variety of other collateral designed for a variety of platforms. Having completed formal training at the Art Institute of Houston, she has won numerous awards for her work.

She is a resident of the Houston Heights. Angela is married with three children and two rescue dogs. She is a self-described designer, creative crafter, and food lover. Her passions include learning new things, creating with color, and inspiring people to live happy. In her free time, she loves going to the beach with her family, traveling to different countries, and spending time with friends.

Daniel has over 6 years experience videographer and photographer. He also has extensive knowledge of web content management, graphic design, and social media production. A native of Houston, TX, he moved to the diocese after 15 years in the education sector.

Daniel oversees website content including, but not limited to, epicenter.org, texasbishop.com, edotcouncil.com, and more. He also responsible for any video or photography created for the diocese as well as social media content produced on EDOT’s Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter accounts.

With an undergraduate degree in Communications, as well as having worked in the field, Liz will join the Communications team as the Communications and Bilingual Specialist.

As Liz transitions from her work on the Mission Amplification team, her commitment in that area will live on as she serves in this new capacity- bringing with her a wealth of information in ministry within the Diocese of Texas.

Samantha is responsible for accounts receivable for the Diocese, which includes cash receipts, bank reconciliations, and vendor database management. She also provides assistance with accounts payable, invoicing and annual audit preparations.

Nina manages Doris, the Diocesan Online Records and Information Software, a centralized, consolidated database that includes contact and other information for diocesan churches, clergy, vestry, and other lay leaders. Directories of churches and clergy are produced from this database, as are lists, reports, and labels. She manages all Technology related areas at the Diocese. She keeps the website updated with contact information on the diocesan churches, and she produces and uploads the monthly diocesan cycle of prayer. She oversees the registration of clergy and lay - and receipt of data reports due before - Annual Council. She also oversees personnel responsible for lay licenses.
