Oasis Easter Basket Sells

Easter Baskets Benefit ECW Scholarship Fund

 

The Oasis, a resale shop of St. Luke’s, Livingston just north of Houston is helping graduating seniors attend college and providing affordable Easter baskets for their clients. Paula Huisman runs the Oasis and began putting a few Easter baskets together with donated items five years ago.

 

The funds they raised supported the church’s Episcopal Church Women’s scholarship fund. The ministry has continued to grow, last year raising more than $700. This year they hope to surpass $1000.
