Silver Tea in Houston Raises Funds for St. James House

St. James House, the diocesan retirement community in Baytown, held their annual Silver Tea fundraiser at the home of Mel and Susie Glasscock in Houston's River Oaks area. The Silver Tea harkens back to a time when donations were made by patrons leaving their gifts in a silver bowl set by the door for worthwhile programs and institutions.
