St. Luke's Hospitals Receive Silver Awards

St. Luke's The Woodlands Hospital (SLWH) and St. Luke’s Lakeside Hospital (SLLH) have each won the Silver Award from the Texas Health Care Quality Improvement Awards committee.

These awards recognize hospitals that have demonstrated excellence in healthcare quality through improved performance on national quality measures while delivering quality care consistently to every patient.

The Silver Award acknowledges hospitals for improving care related to acute myocardial infarction or AMI (heart attack), heart failure, pneumonia and surgical care.  These clinical areas have been designated as national health care priorities by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
