St. Thomas School Welcomes New Athletic Director

clayton harrellClayton Harrell will join the Saint Thomas' Episcopal School (STE) staff as the full-time, on-site Athletic Director this June, replacing George Alderete, who managed the school's sports programs part-time for the past seven years.
 

Mr. Harrell has a bachelor's of science in Kinesiology, with seven years experience at a local school where he developed and managed  the athletic programs from the school's inception in 2006.  
 

His responsibilities at Saint Thomas' will be strictly administrative, working with the school's coaches and PE staff to ensure the best age-appropriate programs possible.
 

Since 1955, STE has been forming honorable men and women through a classical education grounded in a Christ-centered world view. Saint Thomas' offers selective programs
with stringent standards; the curriculum inlcudes 18 AP courses and electives, as well as college
preparation. STE also has an excellent foreign language program offering Latin, German, French, Chinese, and Spanish.

Sports teams fielded by Saint Thomas’ Episcopal include soccer, swimming, track, cross country, basketball, volleyball, softball, baseball and golf. Saint Thomas’ is also home of the five-time world champion pipe band and the highly-acclaimed Highland dancers, and award-winning strings and choir programs.
