Members of the Episcopal Church of the Resurrection (ECR), Austin, gathered on the parish grounds Sunday, June 5th to celebrate the groundbreaking of Phase One the first step of a three part project.
After the devastating earthquake and tsunami that struck Japan earlier this year, St. Martin's, Houston, began collecting donations to help. Within a month, the church was able to raise $40,000.
After a Sunday service dedicated to the youth, Good Shepherd, Tomball, staged a food fight on May 29. Around 20 youth hurled everything from meatball marinara to egg yolks outside the church.

The rector and parishioners of St. Luke's Episcopal Parish, Bladensburg, Maryland, have decided to leave the Diocese of Washington and seek entry into the Roman Catholic Church
St. Luke’s on the Lake Episcopal Church is raising money and collecting supplies to help out families in some of the smaller towns that were hit. Allen Griswold is leading the drive to places like Smithville, Mississippi.
